1. Sponsor and administrator
The sponsor and administrator of this promotion is EZ Web LLC, located at High Ridge, MO 63049 (contact: hello@ezweb.work). References to "we," "us," or "our" mean the sponsor and its authorized representatives.
2. Binding agreement
By participating, you agree to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects. If you do not agree, do not enter. The entry form may require a separate affirmative acknowledgment; in case of conflict between a summary and these rules, these rules control unless counsel directs otherwise.
3. Promotion period
The promotion begins on the date publicly announced on https://ezweb.work and ends at 11:59 p.m. (United States Central Time) on June 15, 2026, unless extended or shortened by the sponsor in writing on https://ezweb.work. Entries must be received and verified before the deadline. The judge vote (see below) locks at the same deadline based on verified official entries received by that time.
4. Eligibility
- Open only to individuals who are at least the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence (typically 18 or older in the U.S.) at the time of entry.
- Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Residents of jurisdictions where this promotion cannot lawfully run may not enter or win.
- Employees, officers, directors, contractors, and agents of EZ Web LLC, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and household members), whether or not related, are not eligible to enter or win.
- Additional eligibility restrictions may be added after legal review (for example, residency limited to certain states or countries).
5. No purchase necessary
No purchase, payment, or fee is required to enter or win. A purchase does not improve your chances of winning.
6. How to enter
- Request a personal entry link through Chat with EZ ("EZ") on https://ezweb.work by providing your first name and a valid email address and completing any bot-verification steps we require.
- Complete the official online entry form linked from that email, including a substantive description of your chatbot concept, user-facing features, a name for your AI agent, your judge selection, and acceptance of these rules.
- Limit one (1) official entry per verified email address for the entire promotion. Multiple accounts or identities to circumvent this rule may result in disqualification.
- Entries must be original to you (to the best of your knowledge), must not infringe any third party's rights, and must not contain unlawful, harassing, defamatory, or malicious content.
7. Judge vote (community preference)
Each verified official entry includes one vote for a designated AI persona ("judge") from the list provided on the entry form. Tallies and percentages shown on https://ezweb.work are based on completed official entries and are provided for informational and engagement purposes. The sponsor may resolve ties or anomalies in accordance with these rules or as disclosed on https://ezweb.work. The selected judge persona does not constitute an independent third party; it is part of the promotional experience.
8. Winner selection and notification
- After the entry deadline, entries will be reviewed for eligibility and compliance. One (1) potential winner for the prize described below will be selected in a manner announced on https://ezweb.work (for example, by a panel or by the designated judge persona subject to sponsor oversight). Skill, creativity, and fit with feasibility may be considered if this is treated as a skill-based contest in your jurisdiction—confirm classification with counsel.
- The winner will be announced on or about June 30, 2026, subject to verification. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
- The potential winner will be notified by email using the address submitted with the entry. If a response is not received within the timeframe specified in the notice (e.g., seven (7) days), or if the winner is ineligible or non-compliant, the sponsor may select an alternate winner or not award the prize, as permitted by law.
- Taxes (if any) and any other costs associated with acceptance or use of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner, unless prohibited by law. The sponsor may require completed tax or eligibility forms before releasing the prize.
9. Prize
- Approximate retail value ("ARV") and exact scope of the prize will be defined in the winner agreement. The prize is generally described as: collaboration with EZ Web LLC to define and deliver a custom chatbot or AI assistant experience for the winner's approved use case, usable on web and/or mobile as technically feasible, with complimentary fees for one (1) year from delivery as defined in writing between the parties.
- No cash substitute unless required by law. The prize is non-transferable except as allowed by the sponsor in writing.
- Scope limits: Not every idea can or will be built. Features are subject to feasibility, security, legal compliance, third-party API terms, and mutual agreement. The sponsor may decline to implement unlawful, unsafe, or impractical requirements.
10. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, participation may constitute consent for the sponsor to use the winner's name, likeness, and general location (city/state) for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless the winner objects where objection is legally permitted. Non-winners are not entitled to publicity use beyond what is needed to administer the promotion.
11. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion is processed as described in our Privacy Policy. By entering, you agree to such processing for administration of the contest, winner notification, and related communications. Marketing emails, if any, require separate consent where required by law.
12. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of your pre-existing intellectual property. By submitting an entry, you grant EZ Web LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and adapt your submission solely to operate, judge, and promote this promotion, unless a different license is signed with the winner for the delivered product. You represent that you have the rights to grant this license. Counsel should refine license scope for your business model.
13. General conditions / disqualification
The sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond reasonable control corrupts administration or security. The sponsor may disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process, violates these rules, acts disruptively, or uses automated means (bots, scripts) except as expressly permitted by our verification tools.
14. Release and limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless EZ Web LLC, its owners, officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, and agents (collectively, the "Released Parties") from any and all claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of: (a) your participation or inability to participate; (b) acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize; (c) your breach of these rules or violation of law; or (d) your submission infringing third-party rights.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Released Parties are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, even if advised of the possibility. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted.
15. Disputes / governing law
Except where prohibited, these rules are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Exclusive venue for disputes shall be in the state or federal courts located in St. Louis County, Missouri, unless counsel specifies arbitration or a different forum for your situation.
16. Third parties and social platforms
This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Meta, Google, LinkedIn, X, or other platforms where it may be mentioned, unless expressly stated in writing. Those platforms are not responsible for the promotion.
17. Severability
If any provision is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
