Do I need any technical knowledge to set this up?
No. If you can fill out a form, you can set up EZ Voice yourself — often the same day. On this site, EZ (our assistant) can answer questions while you get started.
What happens if I already have a business phone number?
You can forward your existing number to your EZ Voice number, or replace it entirely. Either way, your customers call the same number they always have.
How does pricing work now?
Start with EZ Voice Base at $39/mo for your first full AI line — includes a $9 usage credit on that line each month. Need another department, location, or brand voice? Add an Additional Base Line for $29/mo. Only need an extra number on the same AI? Extra phone line is $5/mo. Calendar, recording, and SMS attach per Base or Additional Base line. SMS comes in three options: Outbound ($25/mo), Text Chat ($10/mo on your main line), or Complete ($30/mo for both). Or pick EZ Voice Complete ($109/mo) for Base + calendar + recording + SMS Complete on your primary line. Call minutes beyond what’s included bill at $0.15 / $0.18 / $0.21 depending on voice tier.
What are the SMS options?

What is EZ Voice Complete?
EZ Voice Complete is $109/mo (or $1,199/yr — pay for 11 months, get 12) for your primary line. It includes Base, Calendar & scheduling, Call recording & transcript, and SMS Complete. Usage minutes, Additional Base Lines ($29/mo), and Extra phone lines ($5/mo) are still sold separately.
Can subscription prices change?
We may adjust subscription prices at renewal with 30 days’ advance notice. Usage rates ($0.15 / $0.18 / $0.21 per minute) are billed separately and shown on your invoice after each period.
I bought an Extra phone line ($5). Can I upgrade it?
Yes. Upgrade that number to an Additional Base Line ($29/mo). The $5 extra-line charge is removed and replaced by the $29 line — you don’t pay both. You then configure a dedicated AI persona for that number and can add Calendar, SMS, or Recording to that line only.
Can I have several Additional Base Lines?
Yes. Each is billed separately at $29/mo with its own minutes, persona, and optional add-ons.
What’s the difference between Extra phone line and Additional Base Line?
Extra phone line ($5/mo) is another number that routes into your existing AI — useful for campaigns, overflow, or a dedicated IVR. Additional Base Line ($29/mo) is a complete second AI assistant with its own number, persona, included minutes, and per-line add-ons.
Can my field team update their schedule without logging in?
Yes — with the Calendar & scheduling add-on. Team members call your EZ Voice line, verify with a PIN, and tell the AI they need vacation, a sick day, or time off. No app login required. The AI updates their schedule and reschedules affected customer appointments on their behalf.
Can the AI book appointments?
Yes — turn on the Calendar & scheduling add-on for that line. You configure availability and appointment types in the app; the assistant books during the call.
What if I want to use my own voice?
We’re adding the ability to use your own voice and custom voice codes for voices that aren’t on the default list. Until then, choose from the Tier 1–3 agent voices and pay the per-minute rate for each call.
Can I listen to my calls?
Base includes summaries and transcripts (30 days). Call recording & transcript is an optional add-on where recording is legally permitted.

- EZ Voice asks if they want appointment confirmations and reminders by text; the caller agrees verbally.
- The caller is told they will receive a text from a different number, can reply YES to opt in, and message/data rates may apply.
- One opt-in text is sent with YES/START instructions.
- The caller replies YES or START to opt in; appointment-related texts are sent only after that written opt-in.
